When will my order ship?
All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
How long do orders take to ship typically?
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery in the USA.
International Orders- Please allow 14 to 16 days for delivery. (Orders can be delayed at customs).
What are the standard shipping rates?
Domestic- Orders over $100 will recieve free shipping! Otherwise there will be a standard $6.99 s&h fee applied to each order.
International- Shipping rates will be calculated according to the package size/weight and the carriers rates.
Please note that all international orders( outside of Canada and the USA) are subject to customs duty (tax). This tax is charged by the country and is not collected by Day One.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
From the moment you visit our store, our number one goal is to make your experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible! We STRIVE for perfection with every order no matter how small or large from start to finish. However, mistakes do happen! No worries! Day One. will make it right!
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in material or craftmanship. The request for a refund must be made within 14 days from when the delivery was made to you.
Please contact info@dayone312.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
Once my return/exchange has been approved, what next?
Upon approval of return/exchanges you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process your refund within 1-2 business days. After the return has been approved, please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.
